The guarantee includes the breakage and theft of the equipment rented by the customer: - In case of accidental damage of the equipment, support of the repair or the replacement of the equipment if the latter is not repairable or economically irreparable after application of a franchise. A material is considered as non-repairable when the original state of the functional parts of it can not be found during a repair (square tear, open structure or deep deterioration for example). The deductible left to the customer's charge is fixed according to the category of equipment. The franchise applies as soon as the repair or replacement quote exceeds the value of the said franchise. The guarantee is limited to one claim per equipment and per period. The receipt of the complaint to the gendarmerie is obligatory for the taking over of the theft of the material. Exclusions specific to the warranty breakage: - Damage other than accidental material damage. - Damage to the exterior parts of the equipment that does not affect the proper functioning of the equipment, such as scratches, chips and scratches. - Damage resulting from non-compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance issued by the store. - Damages under the manufacturer's warranty, distributor or erector. - Intentional fault or negligence. Definition: - Accidental material damage: Any deterioration or destruction that is externally visible, interferes with the proper functioning of the equipment and results from a sudden, unforeseen, irresistible and external event that involuntarily occurs and causes the accidental material damage-subject to exclusions manufacturer's warranties.
